These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Remote Online Notary (“RON”) services provided by D.S. Minnich & Son’s Ranch LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
By scheduling or participating in a RON session, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable Colorado notary laws.

2. Scope of Services
We provide:
• Remote Online Notarization services
• Document witnessing (when permitted)
• Identity verification through approved platforms
• General customer support
We do not provide:
• Legal advice
• Document preparation
• Financial or tax guidance
If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

3. Use of Approved RON Platform
All notarizations are conducted through NotaryLive, an approved Colorado RON platform.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
• You will be redirected to NotaryLive for the notarization session
• NotaryLive handles identity verification, video recording, and document storage
• You must comply with NotaryLive’s terms and requirements
We do not host video sessions or store sensitive documents on our website.

4. Client Responsibilities
To receive RON services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Present valid, unexpired government-issued identification
• Ensure you are physically located within the United States during the session
• Have a stable internet connection
• Participate in the identity verification process
• Follow all instructions provided by the notary
Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

5. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a notarization if:
• Identification cannot be verified
• The signer appears impaired or under duress
• The document is incomplete or suspicious
• The request violates Colorado notary law
• The signer behaves disrespectfully or disruptively
This protects both the signer and the integrity of the notarization.

6. Fees and Payment
Fees for RON services are disclosed prior to the session.
Payment may be collected through NotaryLive or through our business directly, depending on the service type.
All fees are non-refundable once the notarization is completed.

7. No Legal Advice
Our notaries act solely as impartial witnesses.
Nothing said during a session should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for platform outages, technical issues, or delays caused by NotaryLive
• We are not responsible for client errors, such as incorrect documents or invalid identification
• We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of notarized documents
Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
