🐂 Ranch Update – Fall 2025

D.S. Minnich and Son’s Ranch LLC is officially in motion.
While we haven’t yet acquired land or livestock, our foundation is strong and growing. We’re currently in the startup phase, focused on coalition-building, USDA grant preparation, and strategic outreach across Pueblo County and beyond.

✅ What’s Happening Now

• Confirmed coalition partners include schools, tribal programs, food banks, auction houses, and feed suppliers
• USDA packet assembly is underway, with support letters, impact statements, and replicable model documentation
• Outreach flyers and business plans have been circulated to board members, volunteers, and interested counties

• Notary services
  • Livestock acquisition planning is in progress, with a goal to purchase beef heifers first, followed by bred dairy heifers once infrastructure is ready
  • Public speaking materials are being drafted to share the Minnich Method at meetings and summits

  • Scouting land for livestock corridor development and future employee housing
  • Preparing for auction-based livestock flips to generate startup revenue
  • Building modular inserts for future grant applications, including veteran and climate resilience programs
